A spring garden is not complete without beautiful Anemones. This prolific and popular flower is easy to grow and can produce as many as 20 flowers per corm. They come in a variety of colors from dark burgundy to pure white. Anemones are hardy, and can be established as a perennial in growing zones 8 and above. They will tolerate temperatures down to 25 degrees, and will survive the winter if properly covered and protected from the cold temperatures.
Zones 2 - 7: plant in spring. Zones 8 - 12: plant in fall.
